The word “piloti” refers to the pillars or columns that elevate a building above the ground — and also the inspiration for this coffee table by Portuguese-born, London-based designer Hugo Passos. An elegant integration of the tabletop with the rounded legs ensures a subtle, streamlined transition into one balanced piece.
